ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author via the 'My BeSHG' portal. If you do not have an account yet, please sign up for an account. Important notification: by signing up for a 'My BeSHG' account, you do not sign up for a BeSHG membership! If you want to become a BeSHG member, please visit the 'Meeting subscription' module in 'My BeSHG'.

Abstract submission deadline is January 13, 2023 (extended to January 20).

Abstract format

• Abstract title, authors and abstract body are separate fields in the abstract submission portal. 
• Abstract body should not exceed 300 words, but no other formatting rules are obligatory.
• At the bottom select, if you want your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation or only for a poster presentation.
